Hoy he hecho una pequeña aparición desde mi ventana. Y encima que salgo a saludar en mis vacaciones se monta un revuelo tremendo sobre si estoy mejor o estoy peor. Para eso creo que me voy a hacer una escapadita y no vuelvo hasta el Domingo(y si hay que postear que lo haga Rouco).
Es normal que cada periódico mantenga su tesis de si me voy a morir en 15 días o si voy a salir dando saltos. Porque si luego van y aciertan todo el mundo les felicita por su labor de investigación.

La próxima moda de predicciones periodísticas va a ser sobre el nombre de mi sucesor.
Ya lo veréis.

Aunque la verdad es que yo no puedo juzgar a nadie. Bueno, sí, a todo el mundo, pero no sobre este tema. Ya que he de confesar que yo he sido un gran aficionado a los juegos de azar, y más concretamente a las apuestas.
Hacía apuestas de todo; quién iba a ser el próximo obispo estadounidense en salir en los periódicos por pederastia, cuantos curas iban a pillar el sida ese año en las misiones, cuantas macizas iban a haber en misa ese día…

Debajo podéis verme pagando una deuda de juego. Aposté con un amigo mío, que es ayatolá, que no era capaz de enumerarme las 12 tribus de Israel y quien perdiese tenía que salir en público dando un beso al Corán o a la Biblia.
¿Cómo iba a saber yo que los musulmanes también creen en el mismo Dios que nosotros y los judíos y que también estudian nuestro Antiguo Testamento?
